Each (90 minute) Beta session has:

	an introduction and review
	Bible Study
	video teaching session (25-30 minutes duration)
	Creative reflections using the arts
	Discussions
	Prayer
	Personal homework and suggested reading
	a shared meal or refreshments (optional)
